The antenna is an L-Com model HG2412UP-NF

 

On the bottom of the antenna is a Ubiquiti BULLET-M2-HP

 

The power supply is a power over Ethernet 24V 24w Poe-24

 

The way it was described to me the power supply is hooked to the bullet with Ethernet and your computer hooks up using the same Ethernet cable if I get more info I will let you know
